Puppy Contract
Beau's English Bulldogs guarantees that the puppy sold is healthy the day of purchase. The puppy is up to date on all necessary shots and wormings. The buyer will take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within three business days for a health check. Please have your vet test to insure that this puppy is healthy and has no congenital life threatening illnesses. Should it be determined by said veterinarian that the puppy is not fit for purchase due to a congenital illness, the puppy may be returned to Beau's English Bulldog for another puppy of equal value.
Please note that puppies that are shipped are at risk for kennel cough and coccidia. Treatment of both are not the responsibility of the seller.
If the puppy dies within one month of purchase Beau's English Bulldogs will replace the puppy as long as you provide me with an autopsy report from a licensed veterinarian stating the cause of death was due to a congenital defect.
The buyer will provide routine vet care to include vaccinations, heart worm treatment and worm checks. This contract does not cover Cherry eye, Entropian hips or knees.
This contract will become void if the puppy is sold or transferred.
I, the buyer have read and understand the contents of this contract.
I, the seller accept a $500.00 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before the puppy is 8 weeks old.
